Our chef’s prepare this IP Shrimp meal with shrimp battered with almond flour and Cajun seasonings, oven roasted and browned, served with a side of Cajun dipping sauce and roasted broccoli. It also comes with Saffron brown. Subtracting out free vegetables, the following size variations contain:
- M4: 244 calories, 1 protein servings, 1 serving of fat, and 22 net carbs
- M6: 284 calories, 1.5 protein servings, 1 serving of fat, and 22 net carbs
- M8: 325 calories, 2 protein servings, 1 serving of fat, and 22 net carbs
Why add brown rice back into your diet after Phase 1?
This weight maintenance meal, with the added rice, has 22 net carbs subtracting out free vegetables or 26 net carbs including all vegetables. But have no fear, carbs are okay! Brown rice is a complex carbohydrate. So, it’s a great addition especially if your exercising. Even if you’re not exercising, brown rice can be added into a diet without weight gain if following portion control guidelines. Stick to one half or one third cup serving and enjoy adding rice back into your diet. However, if you want to continue with a very low carb diet, you have two options. First, purchase this meal but leave out or reduce the amount of rice consumed. Or second, stay tuned for our Phase 1 low carb version of this meal with cauliflower rice.
