Ideal4umeals offers meal prep that is 100% gluten free. Gluten is found in grains, such as wheat, barley, and rye. Therefore, you won’t find bread, traditional pasta, or sauces containing wheat or flour. We do, however, offer pasta meals made from chick pea pasta and no gluten.

Some issues caused by gluten are:
- Celiac disease which is an autoimmune disorder that can cause damage to the small intestine lining.
- Gluten sensitivity can cause abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, foggy brain, rash or headache.
- Wheat allergy occurs because the immune system mistakes gluten for a foreign body and rejects it. This causes an immune system response which can be anything from joint pain, muscle pain, headaches, stomach dysfunction and more.
