Ideal Protein Phase 3 is the maintenance phase of the Ideal Protein diet. It’s called Reset Your Life. Dieters transition to Phase 3 when they have lost the majority of their desired weight. Healthy carbs and fats can be reintroduced into the diet. When followed correctly, all weigh loss will be maintained and muscle mass retained. Some dieters have difficulty with Phase 3 because they may have anxiety about re-gaining their weight. Our Phase 3 recipes are formulated following the guidelines of the diet so that this does not happen.
Ideal4umeals offers 5 phase 1 and 5 phase 3 meals each week. All phase 1 meals are gluten and dairy free. Ideal Protein Phase 3 meals are gluten free but may contain dairy. We also offer vegetable servings made with no oil to keep you on track with your healthy fat intake.
